The Right Count of High Quality Plastic Components

It’s costly to have the wrong number of parts. Even too many parts create additional costs, since the surplus parts have to be returned, stored, recycled or disposed. Technique Plastique uses METTLER TOLEDO counting scales to ensure they always have the exact number of parts in the right place.

The Dutch company, Technique Plastique, relies on METTLER TOLEDO counting scales in the production and packaging area. Bench scales with a capacity of 60 kg are used for counting the right quantity of parts into boxes and containers.
 
Two recently installed counting scales, the IND435-BB35 help to manage the material-flow to the customer. Many produced plastic parts are assembled into modules in-house. For an efficient operation, it is essential that the assembly department receives the correct quantities of the individual parts. Shortage and surplus will both result in additional material-costs and loss of labor-time.
