Background
In practically all wastewater treatment plants, measurement of turbidity or suspended particles is an important step towards plant optimization. Turbidity is caused by the presence of undissolved substances of every different kind. Generally, a too high turbidity value indicates that the plant is not functioning properly. It is therefore recommended to install a turbidity measuring unit in the process.
