The XS3 AdvanCheK combines world-leading checkweighing and X-ray inspection technologies in a single revolutionary, unique and space-saving system. The XS3 AdvanCheK meets the needs of the food processing and pharmaceutical industries, as it not only performs highly accurate, real weight measurement for overweight and underweight checkweighing but also simultaneously inspects your products for foreign bodies such as glass, metal, stone and high density plastic using the very latest X-ray technology.

The XS3 AdvanCheK X-ray CombiWeigher is suitable for dynamically weighing products up to 6000g with an accuracy from ± 0.1g and a maximum throughput of 300 ppm.

The industry proven, modular design can be enhanced with the full range of software options and accessories available. This allows you to tailor the checkweigher to your specific application requirements. It is particularly service friendly, cutting maintenance time to an absolute minimum and significantly reducing downtime.

The checkweighing function is performed using a fully functional and globally proven GARVENS XS3 checkweigher. This ensures highly accurate dynamic weight measurement with an accuracy of ±0.1 g.

The XS3 AdvanCheK is specifically designed for use in all industries where packaging and product characteristics would complicate the use of a metal detector as well as for all production lines with limited floor space.

The XS3 AdvanCheK is built to the highest industrial safety standards and is compliant with IRR 1999 (5 times safer than current US safety regulations).
