METTLER TOLEDO's turbidity measurement systems are designed for in-line, real time process control. The systems, based on the forward/90° scattered light respectively on the backscattered light technology, cover the whole range from low to high turbidity measurements.

Optical measurements based on backscattered light technology avoid resolution weaknesses commonly associated with the competing absorbance method. The Trb8300 transmitter, used in combination with the InPro8050/8100/8200 sensors, delivers therefore the highest possible performance!

Digital communications with the forward / 90° scattered light sensor InPro8600 is realized with the Trb8300D transmitter.

The Trb8300F/S transmitter, used in combination with the forward/90° scattered light sensor series InPro8400/8500, completes the offering for high performance measurements in the low turbidity range.
