Enhanced Reaction Monitoring with Diamond ATR Probe

The key to success in reaction monitoring is having the correct sampling technology interfaced to your chemistry. The DS Series is fourth generation probe technology with a completely redesigned optical interface for easy connectivity to ReactIR™ or MonARC™ systems. The DS Series Sampling Technology is available as both ATR probe and flow cell platforms with sensors of diamond, silicon and zirconia available. No alignment is needed as the optics are pre-aligned for optimum performance. The DS Series sampling tehnologies can connect to either a single or dual-channel interface (MultiplexIR) doubling productivity or providing two sampling points. Plus, an RTD (temperature sensor) is integrated into the DS Series technologies allowing real-time recording of temperature data with ReactIR™ spectral data which provides scientists with valuable information for improved qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Continuous Flow Chemistry Information with the DS Micro Flow Cell

Continuous flow chemistry presents unique challenges for process development and optimization. The very nature of flow chemistry – that it is flowing – and that reaction times are short due to vastly improved mixing characteristics creates the critical need to have a correspondingly fast return of analytical information to ensure success. The DS Micro Flow Cell provides a turn-key solution that can be adapted to virtually any flow system through the use of standard Omnifit connections. The DS Micro Flow Cell can be heated and is available in several volumes extending its applicability to micro and meso flow chemistry.

The MultiplexIR allows two chemists to share one ReactIR™, monitor two reactions simultaneously, monitor both the liquid phase and gas in the headspace of a single reaction or monitor two locations in a continuous flow stream.
